If you are addicted to social media like (Instagram, Pinterest or We heart it), i’m sure you already seen the Açai bowl. Açai : is a fruit commonly known as açaí berry, is a small, round, black-purple drupe about 1 inch in circumference (thank’s wiki… :P).Mostly cultivated in south America, so don’t be surprised if you can’t find it in your country or your city. The strongest asset of it is : its taste but definitely its health benefits. Here’s a recipe if you want to try it for breakfast: 1/ Mix açai ( powder or frozen açai) + frozen bananas + almond milk (not obliged) + a handful of frozen blueberries, raspberries & blackberries ( you can find at Picard). 2/ You can add chia seeds, goji berries, nuts, coconut flakes, fruits, muesli, granola, bee pollen, pumpkin seeds… For those who live in Paris you can find all the ingredients at la grande Epicerie de Paris( 38 Rue de Sèvres, 75007 Paris) It’s a great healthy breakfast and it tastes amazing, you can be sure to feel full for hours, however if you don’t found açai where you live you can just use frozen berries, it’s still healthy and delicious.
