Since it’s summer here’s a list of drinks i suggest you to adopt or at least to try, they are delicious, refreshing and healthier than sodas and alcohols.
Put lemons, strawberries, mint, cucumbers or oranges… (
please don’t put bananas) in your water bottle.
I like to use Voss bottle (a Norwegian brand of bottled water), because i find it more tempting when i can see what’s inside.
Lime + strawberries + lemon
Lemon + cucumber
–> You can find Voss water at la Grande Epicerie Paris (38 Rue de Sèvres, 75007 Paris)
I was a little bit skeptical about them at first, the idea of mixing green herbs with fruits afraid me but it turns out to be DELICIOUS and SO REFRESHING.
The first one i tried was from Bob’s bake shop
I think i can talk about this place for hours, it’s definitively one of my favorite spots in town and even if there is nothing glamourous about the neighborhood or the fact that it’s so far away from my home, Bob’s bake shop always worth the extra mile.
Besides if you’re looking for inspirational books, i highly recommend you to read this one by the awesome Aliza Licht and of course to try the matcha green tea chocolate chip cookie (so yummy :p).
If you’re curious like me you should definitively try this black water, commercialized by a Canadian firm.
–> Blk is available at the water bar (Colette, level -1) ( 213 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001, Paris)
My sister and i are addicted to smoothies not only during summer but all year round, actually it’s the only thing i drink (
eat) during my exams period not just because it’s healthy and delicious but much more due to my laziness…
BOB’S JUICE BAR –> (15 Rue Lucien Sampaix, 75010 Paris)
JUICE IT–> (8 Rue de la Vrillière, 75001 Paris)
BERRY ICED TEA
After you infused your tea (i like to use jasmine tea), cover until cold then add frozen berries.
ARIZONA ICED TEA
The Hippie design of Arizona bottle caught my eye the first time i saw it, since then i’m in love.
–> available in all supermarkets.
